House Manager - Sanford House at Cherry Street
Brooke loves being a House Manager at Cherry Street. She says she has met so many strong and resilient women in her position. And she loves playing a part in providing a secure, therapeutic space for the women in her charge to recover. Brooke is the “first line” at Cherry Street, meeting and interacting with Sanford House clients on a day to day basis. A family history of addiction brings a greater understanding of the work we do, and Brooke has a passion for working with substance use disorders.
Brooke began her career working in foster care and children’s residential settings. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. When she’s not engrossed at Cherry Street, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with daughter Milan and being active with her family.
Brooke says, “We have an incredible community here at Sanford House. My goal is to ensure everyone who passes through our doors has a safe place for healing.”
