Gina Sellinger, MPH, RDN
Registered Dietitian, Sanford Comprehensive Treatment for Eating Disorders
Gina Sellinger is a registered dietitian and public health professional, specializing in the prevention and treatment of eating disorders. Gina completed her graduate nutrition/public health coursework at the University of Michigan. She also completed her dietetic internship at U of M. Before moving back to her home state of Michigan, Gina gained experience treating and supporting eating disorders at the partial hospitalization (PHP) level of care in Northern Colorado.
Gina has a strong passion for eliminating the stigma surrounding eating disorders and other mental health disorders. She also works from a Health at Every Size paradigm. Gina believes that a person’s health should be viewed in a holistic manner and that “health” is unique to each individual. Ultimately, Gina works to support clients on their journey towards recovery and Intuitive Eating. She does this while remaining attuned to how each client’s identity and life circumstance might inform how they get there.
Gina is excited to be a part of the Sanford team! She is looking forward to collaborating with Sanford’s amazing clinicians to support clients in both the substance use disorder and eating disorder programs.
